Orange Slice Popsicles

I don’t know about y’all but here in LA it is already starting to feel like the dog days of summer. The other day at work it was 98 outside, and we LOVE it!! And this quick rise in temperature has got us thinking about cool refreshing treats! I for one am always on the look out for ways to indulge in a healthy way and these orange slice popsicles are the perfect way to do that.

All you need are popsicle molds (I use THESE), coconut water, blood orange San Pellegrino soda, and an assortment of oranges. I used clementines, navel oranges, and blood oranges.

This recipe is not an exact measurement, I filled the molds up about half way up with coconut water, then topped it off with a splash of the San Pellegrino. Then I took the orange slices and put them in the molds. I was able to fit about three quarter slices in each one.

Let them freeze overnight. Once there frozen simply pop the top off and your good to go!

Whether you get to enjoy these now or in a couple months I promise you these will be a sweet refreshing treat!

And Happy Cinco de Mayo!!

Xoxo,
